Techstream problem.

I've bought a spare key for my Century and had it cut, it works fine in the locks and ignition barrel, but I can't programme it in, the immobiliser and subsequent utility to programme it in is missing from the main menu in my Techstream. The wireless utility is there for the remote, but not the immobiliser.

Anyone with any Techstream expertise?
