FWIW my wife is getting 55-60mpg from her C-HR and I get 65mpg from the Yaris.

Toyota have the hybrid tech nailed and I have noticed a lot more Ubers are now Corolla as opposed to Prius
I am nowhere near that mpg, put about 4 tanks in so far and I'm only getting about 43mpg according to the cars display thingy. Not much better than the old 2.2 deisel! Thats doing mainly short journeys though.

Guess I need to modify my driving style a bit, less of the heavy foot. But I thought it would be better than that even while driving normally.
It's a car you need to drive smoothly to get the best MPG. We're averaging 49mpg with ALOT of short journeys..

We’ve had a few Lexus hybrids now and you do get used to a driving style for them. In my experience, punch the accelerator to get up to speed quickly but backing off gently as speed rises until you get to your desired velocity. Works for me anyway.

If you know what I mean.......

This is the best I’ve ever got on a journey.
You really need to keep an eye on throttle position and make sure you decelerate over a longer distance. Smooth driving really helps. Eco setting makes this easier although you may get frustrated at how long it takes to get to 60.

Racing down the dual carriageway at 80 is not going to do you much good at all. These cars come into their own on the slower backroads.

I've been driving hybrid Toyota's for many years. There is always a 10 mpg difference between summer and winter driving.
Now have a Lexus 2.5 litre hybrid. In summer, using Tesco momentum, easily 53 mpg, now dropped to 43.
The new ethanol increased stuff, 47 summer, 37 winter. Horrible stuff

What he said.

I picked up a ES300h at the weekend (Replacing a IS300h) and have got 42mpg on the 1st tankful. I used to get 45-52 from the IS.

The App gave me 91%.
