I don't think either of those is on the table. You could always get an S and change the suspension or get a Pure and get it re-mapped?
Correct - that's why my inclination would be to get my PE remapped and if I wanted a bit more suspension control I'd go to Life110. Potential sale lost to Alpine.

I am repeating myself, sorry - between ordering my Pure and taking delivery (the latter 3 years ago) the option to have comfort seats in the Pure disappeared. I was told that the factory would accept an order for another to the same spec - perhaps that is still the case.

I am going to enquire on Monday. What I want is a green Pure with 17s, heated comfort seats, reversing camera, and mirror pack. And the trifle charger socket swapped over from mine.

Though there are some teal-ish blues that are lovely, and I quite like the South Beach colourway (sorry).

Like a colour scheme. A set of colours, originally in the print world, chosen to go together to create a particular effect.

South Beach forces you to go 18" wheels.

Indeed. If I upgrade I'm probably going to have to have 18s.

I'm still wishing there was an easy reversing camera retrofit as the parking sensors spoiler the look of the car. I wonder if it's easier with the new infotainment.

I have to finalize my spec in the next couple of days.
Right now it stands at
Abyss blue
Serac
Big brakes
Sports exhaust
Focal audio
Front and rear sensors (really want to remove these)
Floor mats
Bucket seats (worried these might be a mistake as I won't be tracking it)
Aluminium peddles
Wing badges.

Still debating mirror pack and paying extra for the reverse camera.

I want to keep the car long term, so really want to get the order right!

So folks - i'm keen to pull the trigger on one of these and before I go into battle with the dealer i'd like some advice.

a) Must have options? I have my own ideas but would appreciate some feedback.

b) Is it possible to get a deal out of the dealer or is it list price take it or leave it? I know its a bespoke car, but not one thats sold out for months and months so is there scope to do a deal? What are peoples experiences?

My current thoughts on spec:
Pure + Sports Exhaust + Parking Camera + Fuchs Wheels & Brakes upgrade + Focal + Al Pedals + Floormats + Passenger Footrest
No discount for me

I didn't order the mirror pack or reversing camera, although the car came with both. Could quite happily live without them too.

On top of what you've listed I added the Alpine logos on the side as I think they finish it off quite nicely and they aren't that expensive. For storage, I bought 2 of the side storage boxes which are about 65 each.

Life110 shift paddles are a must-have IMO too!
What base spec did you order to end up with free mirrors and reversing camera did you already spec parking sensors?! Sadly I suspect it's just a factory error.

The buckets are very, very comfy for road use.

I ordered:
Alpine Blue Pure
18" Fuchs and bigger brakes
Blue callipers
Blue stitching and steering wheel logo
Focal audio
Aluminium pedals
Mats
Sports exhaust
Front and rear parking sensors
Alpine logo on sides

A few weeks before delivery I was at the dealership and we checked the system to see where the car was - it was out of the factory awaiting shipping. Jokingly I said I'd check the spec to see it was ok and looking through I noticed it had listed rear parking camera, then electric mirrors, and then 18" GT Race wheels. Panic!

To cut a long story short we didn't know what the spec was actually going to be until it arrived with the dealer. When it did turn up it had the 18" Fuchs luckily but it also had the reversing camera and electric mirrors. Obviously I got those free of charge. So maybe it was a factory issue, or the dealer, I don't know. Maybe the Fuchs were fitted by Alpine UK, again I have no idea. My dealer, Alpine Manchester, were excellent throughout though so I was never worried. But that's how I ended up with free parking camera and elec mirrors

Nice to see on the used market that prices are easing up.

Once they are around £40K, I may be getting one.

Absolutely, and (remarkably) don't cause any access issues. If they fit you and you don't need to adjust the height (except on delivery) for other drivers, they are a great choice - and softer on the bum than the "comfort" seats. They can't be heated, but that won't be an issue for most since the facing is much warmer in winter than leather.

Good. It's not just me then. I really hate the look of these things too. I wanted a reversing camera, but they wouldn't let me have one unless I bought the parking sensors too, so I said, "no". I'm confident I'll be able to fit a camera myself, although this will probably have to display on a separate screen.

Since @www reported on his car arriving with some bits he didn't order, I've been concerned my car is going to come with parking sensors. I think a reversing aid will be mandatory for all new cars delivered from 2023, so if you want to try to order without these, you'd better hurry up & get your order in.

I wrote a little story of my first experiences with A110. I've owned my A110 for a month now and I've driven 3,000 km. In summary, I like the car very much. More details here:

Does anyone have the weight penalty for the comfort seats and also the heated seats?

I now can't decide which way to go for by soon to be toy!

The car would be a daily for my wife so really need to go the comfort route due to a constant need to change seating height.

It's still a light car with the comfort seats. Save weight by not having the wing badges - they also add aerodynamic drag...

If I recall the Legende weighs 29kg more than the Pure. A bit of that is the wheels (the basic Pure has the lightest wheels), the sports exhaust is worth a bit too. Let's say, as a minimum, the comfort seat cost at least 20kg.
