Few more option available, like premium audio sound system, Storage pack, you can also delete the front storage under the bonnet for a no cost option. This has not been explained as to how much weight this saves. And the free colour is Deepblack in the UK, white is not available for UK spec.
Free colour is black? I guess that’ll have to do then. White is not free or not even available?
personally, I think that's rich. In this environment in the UK, I'll be surprised. It's not really limited in numbers and to price it almost double the price of a base alpine is crazy.
lets see better brakes, carbon, aero (marginal on road and maybe a bit on track), Is that worth double a base car even if used for track? just don't see this selling at all now if you are right on pricing

The S is £60k though with no options.lets see better brakes, carbon, aero (marginal on road and maybe a bit on track), Is that worth double a base car even if used for track? just don't see this selling at all now if you are right on pricing
TX.
I'm all for it personally. If Porsche can get away with ramping up prices with specials, why not Alpine? If there are enough buyers out there to buy them, why not. It's only an issue is you desperately want one and can't afford it - the point being you desperately wanted one so there is the desirability.
I'm happy taking some satisfaction that fundamentally I'm in the same car in pure spec at half that price. Makes mine feel terrific value and not short changed at all.

it should cost 35k more for some carbon, better seats ,suspension and wheels? noting that you also save the cost of the same items in S format.
You won't like the A110R Alonso edition then, it's £120k Rare or special edition cars have always looked expensive vs the standard models. People always say I could make the same or better for less using a base car but they are never that special model and its usually reflected in resuduals and demand.
Golf Clubsport S vs a GTI
Giulia GTA vs quadrifoglio
Mini GP vs cooper S
Megane Trophy R vs Trophy
BMW M3 CSL vs M3
Avoided Porsche examples as no one seems to moan about those.
Usually nowadays these "special" models sell out and I think the A110R is no different.

It is limited to 32
I have heard that prospective purchasers are being vetted closely by Alpine, who want the cars to go to collectors who will keep them rather than someone looking to turn them around and make a quick buck. Quite how you judge someone's likelihood to sell, I don't know!Gassing Station | Alpine | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
