Lovely colour - funny I though it was an interesting green as well, something going on with the light at the rear of the car in that image.

Enjoy the car. Still my favourite modern Ferrari. The acceleration in 4th is unbelievable!

congrats
I think it is the first pretty Ferrari since the 355/550 era cars. I will eventually buy one too. The V12 is great in the FF, just as effortless car and the best daily I ever owned, but as a summer daily (and for weekends) a 296 will be just the ticket. Have not driven one yet (stupid of me), but I will as soon as it is not below zero anymore.
Also imo, none of the V8s have sounded nice since the 360, so the engine sound is kind of irrelevant.

Congrats - pics please.

It was the first iteration of the ahem entry level Ferrari that actually made be press the button for a change from my 458 which I owned for 9 years. The longest I have ever owned a car.

This seems to be a good bargain for someone looking for a gts but not heard of the dealer. Wonder what the story is here

Guy used to work for a main dealer so he could be doing someone a favour - cancelled order or similar perhaps

Either way it's not something we've seen for a long time....a brand new current model Ferrari being sold outside the network for a huge discount on list.

That's a lovely car - Blu Tour de France and Cuio with Daytona seats and a good bit of carbon.

Great spec and one of the best I have seen. Like the wheels and the dark grey (rather than black) finish.

Those are carbon alloys. Expensive option and can’t be repaired in case of scuffs.

Yes one of the good guys Tom, no worries buying from him. Used to work at Lovett. True about the Carbon Wheels. Lovely spec.

I know that’s not from a main dealer but it is a 23plate car so still plenty of warranty. There are 3 cars at main dealers for sub £205k.

I think they will start to level out by Easter around the £160-170k mark, which is probably not that far below the price they should have been listed at new!

I really fancy one of these but will hold off until the market stabilises - especially as I’m beginning to think a used MC20 may be the better option.

Am watching these with interest as we are getting to the end of a major property renovation and I will have somewhere to store it. I really fancy a GTS but having seen the Coupe fall in price so quick I am just a spectator and will cheap out and get a Vantage Roadster as a stop gap.

A car trade friend offered me the car a couple of weeks ago that’s just gone on sale at Listers (matt red with yellow stripe) for £188k. Apparently it was £380k new.

Went and did the deal on a 296 GTB last week - what a fantastic car it is and a real bargain now second hand IMO.

Mine is in Blu America and fell in love with it when I saw it for the first time in person - what a colour!

One thing to note - Ferrari are doing 7-year warranty matches to the 7-year service plans - worth haggling for if you are in the market for one.
