This is an offer not to be missed.... £55 off!

What an incredible saving, just think what you could do with all that money - that foreign holiday you've always dreamed of, that home extension you've always put off because you couldn't afford it. The list is endless.
What a piss take.

Typical PH - £55 is a lot of money to some people. bandit

I bet the Centre Principal will be summoned to Reading over this.

what's the thinking behind Porsche Sheffield whacking the prices UP to £99,999 ?

Apparently they're taking sales advice from Rachel in accounts.

Strange but the Macan EV is not being able to be ordered on 2 separate SS schemes. One i would understand but both me and wifes not allowing a order from build.

Are Porsche strangling the supply to keep used values higher (not flooding the market like they did with the Taycan?)

I've read that Porsche is making fewer Macans to cater for reduced demand - my work SS scheme says May 26 for delivery and has done for around 6 weeks.

I'm waiting for 4S to have the 2026 model on the configurator and then for our SS provider to update their portal with revised options and pricing.

The 2026 model? I wasn't aware of any facelift...

Has anyone got one of these on the standard steel coil springs? I’m looking at one as a business lease and wonder if it can do family travels, or is air suspension a must have option? The car won’t be for excessively sporty driving.

I had a Macan T loaner for two weeks on steel suspension...depends what you want but it definitely didnt ride as well as our 2018 Turbo PP on Air PASM.

Did they have the same size wheels? My T on standard 20" wheels and no Air was fine.

Seen more Macan EV’s driving around Grand Baie the last couple of weeks than i’ve seen in the UK since launch

Might be the same 4S all the time to be fair 😂

Thank you for the replies regarding the suspension.

Our Taycan rides beautifully, but it is regularly flashing up 'chassis failure' notices and then it rides rough. It's been in the garage a few times having repairs for this, but 2 different OPCs seem to be struggling to solve it fully and so we're struggling to trust the car. This is a shame as the EV part of it seems to be as good as new.

I did see an ex demo Macan 4 come up and it would be a good price and treated as a new car for tax purposes. It is on 22 inch wheels and with standard coil springs (not even PASM). We do have a Velar SVA on 22 inch wheels, but with air suspension and even then it can be a little unsettled. It's no bother for me, but one of the kids isn't the best traveller.

I'll probably try out the Macan, but it may be that it's not the one for us. It would also be a bit of downgrade dynamically no doubt and I'm not much of a fan of its looks, but perhaps less risk of unreliability. I'm a bit concerned that Porsche air suspension is just another item to go horribly wrong and so my feeling is that 20/21 inch wheels with spring and PASM might be the best compromise.

Yes they did…I don’t think the wheels size makes as much difference as the Air vs Steel. We’ve got a set of winter wheels which do make a difference being smaller but not significant.

Not a facelift (unfortunately) - few new options, main ones I can think of is support for Apple CarKey and something related to parking capabilities.

Turbo and 4 are on the configurator as 2026 models, base and 4s are still 2025.

I was reading elsewhere that someone was quoted £2,500 for a 40,000 mile service on a Taycan EV. I'd love to know what's included for that price.

Porsche are bad enough with their ICE servicing costs, so they're sure to have spent some serious time dreaming up a host of spurious reasons that'll maintain the day light robbery flow of money from your bank account into theirs.
The novelty wears off after 14 years of Porsche ownership, believe me.

I had one on order under our company car scheme and the lease company asked for another £600 a month or cancel.
