I’ve been getting update emails daily on new Macan added to the web site and there must be 40+ added weekly.
I did drive a Macan 4 but it was very low spec. I liked it and would buy one but not at anything over £70k.

With the 75 plates out 1st March we will see another bunch of cars pre registered and dropped onto AT etc.
And still their finance rates are high at 9.9% too where others are as low as 7.9% and should the BoE drop the rate this week that may encourage a further drop.
I’m holding out but am also looking at E-Hybrid Cayenne.

It seems that the only way most manufacturers can get near the zev mandate is to buy their own EVs and punt them on a bit later with significant discounts whistle

The E-Hybrid Cayenne looks good, but the BIK is pretty high, will cost you a lot more personally (if buying through a business, is personal, ignore me! )

I saw an orange Macan EV this morning on the 22 inch wheels, looked ridiculous. Way oversized wheels for the size of the vehicle.

287 on AT!

I just collected a Volvo EX40 Twin Ultra. 3 months old, 3k miles. 61k list, 45k to us.

Seems lovely and we may well change for a Macan in the future, but only if they drop a lot, they are just too overpriced for the market. The Volvo is less than half the price for a similar specced 4S/Turbo (accepting the Macan is a Porsche, better interior and ride and all that lovely stuff)

I have a Macan on demo at the moment, I couldn't part ways with 85k for a car to drive to work and back. It's very comfy, quiet and not very fuel efficient.

I had one of these as a loaner while my car was in for service. As others have said, quiet, comfy, but pricing is ridiculous.

It’s a posh piece of white goods.

I cant imagine these tariffs and the reluctance to buy EV is going to end well for Porsche in the short term. I'm surprised the big discounts haven't started already unless they are hoping the car tariffs turmoil will be over quickly and they can continue shifting stock in the US

That’s a tremendous amount of new cars available, considering it a new brand platform. Looking like the electric Macan could potentially end up like the Taycan in terms of big depreciation early on.

Just over the last 3 days a further 25 cars added to the Porsche for sale group.
I still don’t see any bargains - but still for me the 10.9% is crazy.
Called the local OPC recently had a chat and said if you get any special dispensation to go towards 5/6% like 99% of other EV sales gimme a shout and I’ll buy one.

I won’t get a call I suspect.

It’s almost as if Porsche don’t want to sell any.

Chap round the corner from us works in sales at Porsche Bristol. He has a 25 reg one for the weekend. It does look very nice.

What's the extra cost overall of 10.9% vs, say 5.9% - depending on how much you put into the deal, I reckon something like £4K?

Must be £3k or £4k a year on an average deposit of 10 to 20% ?

If the rates quoted are APR then it's nothing like that. £3-4K ish in total.

Funny enough there’s a baby blue one on a 25 plate around the corner from me too.

The front looks good but I think the roof is too sloped at the back
