Can someone provide instructions for a Carlinkit? I got one from Amazon it can t get it to do anything even though ive connected the bluetooth. Cheers.
Have you got the right carlinkit model? It’s the ccpa with or without mic that we need. I bought the without mic versionMy issue with my carlinkit is that it’s super laggy (over WiFi) after I reset the settings in the car app. Can’t figure out why
Also, charged the car today to 100% and it’s showing a range of 174 miles. I only do local miles. It used to show around 200 miles of range when it was warmer.
I think in the cold winter we’ll be lucky to get 150 miles of motorway range

Does anybody have any news on the next shipment? I ordered on Saturday, 26th July, and I've heard nothing. Birmingham North are just ignoring me.
This was posted on the Leapmotor UK Owners Group FB page"Just had an update on my C10 lease ordered 25th July from Stellantis North Birmingham. Was due end of November but boat got delayed in Suez Canal and now looking like mid December"

Thank you. I hope this car is worth it because the lack of information from Stellantis North Birmingham is driving me crazy. My current car, which I am planning to scrap, is due for an MOT in 3 weeks.Leapy said:

Little niggles with how software/settings work but no biggie. A few extra clicks at start of a journey to get to where I want it.

Hi,
Received my agreement today. It has £10 for service charge a month, what is this and are others paying this?
Thanks

Prob a service plan but it s optional. [/quote
Think the car service plan is offered at the time of collection.
If the £10 is in your contract hire, sounds like its park of the hire agreement, contract costs or RFL

Hi Guys a quick response would be great im going to london tomorrow around 100 miles from me the charger at my location is a tesla supercharger can i charge at a supercharger?
Quick Google shows:Step-by-step guide for non-Tesla drivers
Check compatibility: Ensure your electric vehicle (EV) has a CCS connector, as UK Tesla Superchargers use this standard.
Download the app: Get the latest version of the Tesla app on your smartphone and create a Tesla account.
Find a compatible station: Open the app, tap "Charge Your EV," and find a Supercharger site that supports non-Tesla charging. Not all locations are open to other EVs.
Connect your car: Park at a designated spot and plug your vehicle's CCS connector into the charging port.
Start charging: In the app, select the correct Supercharger stall number and tap "Start Charging" to begin.
Monitor and stop: Keep an eye on the charging progress via the app. Tap "Stop Charging" in the app once your car has finished charging to avoid idle fees.
Important considerations
Payment: Payment is handled through the app. You will need to add a payment method to your account.
Pricing: Non-member rates are higher, so you may want to consider the optional Supercharging Membership for a lower price per kWh.
Idle fees: You will be charged idle fees if your car remains plugged in after it has finished charging, especially during busy times.

Only certain Tesla Superchargers are open to non-Tesla cars. You can use the Tesla app (or zapmap, ABRP or googlemaps) to see if a specific one is open.To use one if you can't pay contactless at the charger you will need a register an account with the Tesla app and add a payment method.
Also bare in mind that I think during peak or busy times Tesla cap charging at 80%. I had this problem recently which was annoying and meant I needed an extra stop.
Has anyone that knows they will go more than 20% over the contracted mileage asked for prior written consent from the lender which the agreement terms say is required?
Alternatively, has anyone changed the contracted mileage just before collection and if so did the price increase slightly in line with the cheap original price?
Also, has pre-conditioning or warming the car before using it worked ok during this cold spell?

Ex Tesla owner here. Not all superchargers work with other brands. Earlier chargers have short cables. Reading services on the M4 westbound is fine for instance. Membury on M4 westbound no. Milton Keynes off the M1 yes. So do a little checking in advance. interstellar said:
Stellantis won t discuss the mileage on the car and amending the contract until 3 months in apparently.
To your second question yes it works well but saps the range.
Thanks for confirming. To your second question yes it works well but saps the range.
Hmmm, so you can't amend the mileage terms and what if they refuse to give consent to go over 20%... I should have done what I normally do and go with the mileage I expect rather than going with 5k and paying the excess.
