It needs connecting to wifi to get updates or a simple reboot to sort out the tyre pressure warning & speed indication.
Does the car not do OTA updates via 4/5G? Does stuff like Spotify run on the car's connection, or does it need to be tethered to your phone?Another thing I noticed is the lack of front parking sensors. I find these invaluable on a large car, especially when you're navigating a multi-story carpark. Do the cameras give adequate coverage of the front corners, or are scrapes going to be a risk?

You dont need front parking sensors, the cameras are great and one click on steering wheel and they activate when you want. When reversing it even tells you in cm how far you are from the object behind you. The dont need parking sensonrs - cameras are far superior.
Does anyone know if its possible to have the heating controls on more than one App?
I did the initial set-up when we got the car so have all the heating etc. controls on my app on my phone.
My partner has the app on her phone and uses it for locking unlocking and driving but no remote heating controls. As this is technically her car I'm now in trouble because she can't warm up the car herself and has to ask me to do it for her.

I'm able to trigger preconditioning on 2 different devices if that's what you mean. I did the initial set-up when we got the car so have all the heating etc. controls on my app on my phone.

Bought a dongle thing to get android auto.
Plugs in and brings android auto up on the screen.
Initial start ups a bit baggy but works OK once going.
However if I come out of the screen to do something on the standard apps it's reluctant to put android auto back on. And there's no obvious button to press.
I'm finding I have to pull the usb out and put it back in again.
Anyone else experience similar? And if so is their a fix?

Bear in mind i am using carplay but assume similar.
In the bottom of the screen press the four boxes button to bring up all the app and then it is the last one for me.
Or if just heating controls then they don’t cover the full screen so a wuick tap on the top of screen brings it back up.

How's everyone finding the range at the moment?
I've had a fair few EV's and currently sitting with a VW Buzz and Ford Explorer with 77kw batteries, I wasn't expecting the drop to 70kw (ok 69.9) to be drastic but after having it a few weeks and dialling in settings the C10 certainly seems to burn through what it has.
I reset mileages last charge and with interior temp set to 19 degrees I've averaged 3.2m/kWh in this freezing weather - not bad at all, but with 28% battery remaining I've covered a whopping 91 miles! There have been times I've been sat in the car playing with settings etc (maybe half hour total since the charge) and the AC has used about 15% because of that but I've never seen so much battery used like that on my other cars. The heat pump is supposed to be more efficient but does sound like it's working bloody hard, like a hoover outside the car. Just this morning I preheated the screen and mirrors for about 10 mins so I could clear ice off the screen and move it off the drive, 2% battery drop!
With that 3.2m/kWh usage and no other factor I should theoretically be able to cover about 220 miles (or to put it another way, averaging 3.2kWh to cover 90 miles should have only used around 28kW of that 69.9kW battery!) - so it seems I've used about 100 miles worth of shoving a 2 ton car around to power some heating elements and fans (I have the interior fan set to speed 1). Something just seems a bit off!

Hi, has anyone heard or collected their leapmotor from Birmingham North over the Christmas period? We have itchy feet now, just keen to get it!
Heard nothing. I'm kind of resigned to it not happening now - someone on another group mentioned all cars had to be registered by 31st December to attract manufacturer funding support, so can only assume Birmingham have been let down in terms of delivery.I've started looking at other options

BTW I had a quick look at the contract and it says the car was registered 31st December so looks like they're registering the cars anyway.

Not in a C10, but in my EV the weather this week is having a similar drastic effect. Below about 5 degrees takes 30% off the range, and the dash display can't work it out.
Yesterday I had claimed 60 miles available, did 27, got back with only 20 available.

This is presumably due to the journey types changing.
Had a couple of shorter runs between bradford and Leeds city centre. 17miles each way, and about 55min journey time each way.
Traffic flowed however never had any fast roads, so 30mph and 40mph limits.
I was seeing nearly 5m/kWh
I'm impressed given its been very cold.

Took the plunge and ordered on a two-year lease. Not the crazy price some of you managed to get, but £272/month with 8k miles isn't half bad. All the green ones have gone, had to have Canopy Grey.
Can I ask where from? Think I’m going to order this week.Edited by Witchfinder on Wednesday 7th January 18:28
