Reference the Bluetooth key, mine worked perfectly before the update and after the update has been glitchy. Often apps still have bugs in them so I deleted and reinstalled the app and it s worked perfectly since.

I suggest you try that if you re having issues.
It works on one phone, or the other. Not if we both have the app installed on our phones (one android, one apple if it makes a difference)- obviously both logged into the same account.

Im awaiting a definitive answer from the dealer about ordering another key card.
There's your issue. If you have another user then you need to share the app NOT the login.

Have the second person download the app and register an account. Then you go into your app. Go to Personal Centre then My vehicle then click vehicle then shared member and add shared member. I've got this setup for myself, my wife and my dad. App works seamlessly in that aspect.
Brill, thank you. Duff info from the dealer. We shall try this.

My C10 arrives next week. What are the must-do things before and when it arrives? My car was registered in January, so seems to be a recent build. Are these still supplied without a load cover and without mats?
Should come with a load cover and frunk. Mine was an October car and had these. It won't come with mats but www.carmats.co.uk have good deals on mats which fit perfectly.

Other things to do are download the app. Make sure the dealer has the car assigned to you, that way the app will work with it. Read the manual, watch some YouTube vids from a guy called upsidedownfork - he has some good advice for setting up scenarios etc. Other than, be patient with the minor bugs and glitches and enjoy it. It's a very quiet, smooth, comfortable machine imo.

It's a difficult balance, cheap car vs electronic bugs.
I wouldn't want too much of this "app doesn't work" nonsense.

Currently going through a brain-ache with my phone (Outlook doesn't work on Android) and it's driving me nuts.

Thanks, @spaceship

I ended up ordering mats from Direct Car Mats (directcarmats.com), and got an extra 20% off with a code (WELCOME20), so got a full set of the cheapest mats with a boot liner for £34 including delivery. I'm all about the bargain motoring with the C10 rofl

To address my post from the other day, the fast start up is great. Whether I use the app or the key, boom the infotainment is ready to go. It doesn’t drain that much battery but it does suggest to turn it off if you’re leaving the vehicle stationary for a long time.

However, had a very bizarre issue this morning. Daughter told me she could hear loud music outside. Thought nothing of it. Went and looked; it was the car. Like wtf? For some reason even though it wasn’t turned on it was blasting Radio 2 full belt.

Locking the car from the app didn’t shut it up, opening the car didn’t. Had to get in and turn off the radio. Very odd. It wasn’t plugged in either. Had plenty of miles. Figured I’d mention it just in case.

Never happened before, don’t know if it’s a weird side effect from the update.

I've had my C10 for 2.5 months now and driven 2.5k miles in it. On balance I like it but yesterday I tried to charge it on the drive and, according to my Wallbox Pulsar Max, the vehicle is 'not requesting energy', so it won't charge. Tried the three-pin charger but that won't charge either (just the red light illuminates). The car says the charger is connected, the charger is locked into the charging port, and there are no faults showing on the screens as far as I can see. When I go the Charging page in Settings, the 'Begin charge' button is greyed out. I reset the infotainment system, then did a factory reset on the whole system, but to no avail. And I don't have enough charge to drive it back to the dealer!

Could try disconnecting the 12volt battery, put it in maintenance mode and then disconnect 12volt battery for 10 mins then reconnect. Ive seen posts with similar problems.

Anyone had an issue with the time showing in the car?

Today the main screen was showing 00:08, the dash was showing 1.08. It was 14:55.

I assume it has reset to 00:00 and I had seen it 8 minutes later, but nothing else showing as an issue.

Jumped back in this evening and it's back to normal

It happens when the car loses the gps sometimes and when you drive it it picks up the signal again and corrects it.

No fault, but more of an annoyance. Doesn’t bother me, seen it a few times.

Mine did it when it lost the 4g signal. Took a reboot to sort it.

Hi , I have ordered a Stellantis Leapmotor C10

A few questions

- my car arrives next month to the dealership so I assume it s already been built and is either in transit at sea or sat in a dock.
Will it have android auto or Apple car play?
Dealer said some will have this year, some may not, they are not sure as comms from Stellantis are confusing.

- best place to get a set of good fitting car mats, I called into my usual place yesterday for mats and they don t do them although they don t do them for quiet a few of the new Chinese brands

- insurance, rang my insurance company to give them details and get an idea of any cost increase, they said they couldn t quote without a reg and that it s not a car showing up on the database, any ideas? Surely being Stellantis backed it must known to insurers,

- has anyone fitted the front light bar? I can get it cheap enough from China through work, just wondering is it plug and play or is an additional wiring harness required?

Use a reg of auto trader for a quote or got to one of the comparison sites. Some including admiral aren’t quoting

Wiring was removed for eu cars

Has anyone that's had connection problems noticed any improvement after the latest software update?

I'm still waiting for the update but the bluetooth key and app connection are still so temperamental.

I've just had another instance, it seems caused by the car's sim having no 4G connection mad 3 journeys, 3 infotainment resets and connecting by WiFi didn't sort it, but just suddenly connected after locking it and waiting 5 mins.

Car arrived this afternoon, and everything seems good. I've spent a couple of hours setting everything up how I want it. The only fly in the ointment is that the Bluetooth key doesn't seem to detect until I wake my phone up. Not sure if that's something I need to change in my phone settings. Everything else looks good, and none of the annoying stuff I noticed on my test drive has so far manifested itself.

Okay. I'll give it some time. I've connected my Type 3 cable this evening to my PodPoint, which is set up to only charge at specific times. The car says the cable is connected, but it doesn't seem to be locked in place, and I can just pull the cable out. Does the cable only lock when it detects a current? My other cars have always just locked the cable in place and only release it when you push a release button.

For the Bluetooth key to work on Android you need to give the app permission to run in the background. In terms of the cable I think it locks it when the car locks.

Yeah, I enabled that. It seems to be working better now, albeit inconsistently. I'm going to carry the card with me as a general principle, so I don't get stranded. The cable did not lock to the charger even with the car locked. It didn't even lock once it started providing power. I needed to go out at the scheduled start time, pull the cable, and reconnect it. I'm going to try turning off my PodPoint's charging schedules, and instead rely on the car's own schedule - see how that works.
