I managed to get and broadcast the £161 5k miles deal
Ordered the carlinkit CCPA without mic to get wireless carplay and AA. Looks like its just plug and play! I think the version without mic should be fine as people are saying they're getting the built in mic to work with some playing about.
When I get the car I need to find a magsafe charger for my iPhone.
Apparently there's a 2pin connector for a dashcam on or under the headlining where the hazard button is.
Hopefully getting the car in 2/3 weeks
Is that £161 on a 1+23 deal?

Oh, and I test drove it. Seemed fine (if not quick)
Comfortable car - be warned there is an eery driver facing camera for sleepiness detection (and god knows what else...)
Driver assistance was unbearable but simple to switch off (forgot to see if it re-instated after shut down and restart)

They are - check out the news... German stuff is dying for example
There'll always be some people willing to pay a premium to lord it over their neighbours and colleagues; in the Chinese domestic market too, there's a cachet around driving a European car.Sheepshanks said:

I can't see how the established brands are not completely stuffed.
Especially when most people aren't bothered about cars, and even PHers will buy them when they're cheap.A neighbour has an Omoda 5. I asked her what it's like to drive - she seemed confused by the question. She showed me the electric tailgate. That seemed to be its most significant point to her.
What do you mean what's it like to drive? It's got 4 wheels on the outside and one on the inside.

Not fussed with EV s yet but this might be too good to miss for getting my mountain bike to and from the trails as my Cayman GTS is rubbish for that.
Will this charge off a three pin plug if I changed the socket to one that can charge EV s?
Yes no problem. It'll only charge at a rate of about 2.3kw, which is around 7-8 mph. Will this charge off a three pin plug if I changed the socket to one that can charge EV s?

Green C10 for me from Birmingham North.
6+23, £912 upfront then £152 per month. Works out at £183.67 amortised for 6,000 miles per year.
Not quite as cheap as Leeds but had got the order in before I saw Yus's post about Leeds. Still very happy with this price.
Originally saw the deal last Friday when the best price was £199 for 1+23 from Unity Automotive. Applied immediately for this through Leasing.com then followed with a call on Saturday, they took my details but I never heard back from them so jumped ship to Birmingham North.
I've since spoken with Unity Automotive and they are one of the few dealers who have green stock for immediate delivery so worth considering for someone who'd like one quick.
Got a Polestar 2 that goes back in December so hoping for delivery then which Birmingham North think they can accommodate.

Won t do many miles so not sure spending £800 or whatever it is on getting a charge point fitted?

Also does the C10 come with a granny charging lead?
Had electric cars for over 10 years and made that mistake early on. Just get a proper charger installed, it's so much betterWon t do many miles so not sure spending £800 or whatever it is on getting a charge point fitted?

Does this have keyless entry?
Yes if you connect your phone to the car. you may need to adjust the distance parameters as it may lock and unlock whilst you're in your house. If you have two people with the app then it will log out the other person when you login and vice versa. But no need to have the key card on you or on the wireless charger

Maybe the C10 already has the kit but it s not enabled?
Even the dongle manufacturer only claims to add a wireless function to an enabled vehicle.
I have 2 of them and they a do nothing to my car without CarPlay.
I think it works because the C10's OS is Android based. The CCPA kit's manual states the following.Even the dongle manufacturer only claims to add a wireless function to an enabled vehicle.
I have 2 of them and they a do nothing to my car without CarPlay.
O Supported car models
Android system navigation host, Android version 4.2 or above
Clever.

Thanks just sent. Are these cars already in the uk as seems some stock around or are all the Leeds one October?
I was told a 2/3 week wait time on mine (I was one of the first to order)Not sure how true that is though but happy to wait. He did say at the time they had 10 on their way and access to more if needed
