AJ30 engine what size Throttle Body to fit?

anyone fitted a different throttle body than the standard item?
I'm going to use an after-marked ecu - Emerald k6 probably
not sure whether to use fly by wire and use the Jag throttle pedal arrangement in the car or stay with the cable pedal and fit a cable operated Throttle body
your thoughts would be welcome
