IVA Southampton

Anybody know why Southampton have suddenly stopped doing Kitcar IVA?
I say suddenly as someone reported their IVA was canceled with one days notice.

I heard (completely unsubstantiated) it is something to do with a fall out with the landlord and now unable to drive the cars around the estate private roads which is required for a kit car test.

Yes we heard the same thing. wondering if they hit something during a test.
