I'm surprised at the price it made. I wonder if it really has sold, as it didn't appear to last time. I look forward to seeing some of your photos Pokhara.

Thanks,

Chris

I think it’s a good buy, all complete and present to get cracking on a rebuild. Unlike myself, there are plenty of buyers not bothered about the odd +/- £1000 to get the right car!

I tried to view the car but the seller was unresponsive to messages and phone calls. Gave up trying in the end, just assumed he had something to hide.

Also surprised.
That's a lot of scratch for a potential big lightening up of one's purse.
Assume the ultimate buyer had a look at it.
"should be easy restoration" - yeah - right.
No pictures of the underside/chassis.
Looks like someone had a bit of a bother with grounding behind the dash panel.
Lazy, disinterested seller didn't even bother tiding the thing up.
Duh.

That said - hope this Vixen finds a good home and a sympathetic restoration.
Best of luck to the new owner.
Who knows? Maybe they'll post here.

Same experience I had, no reply from the seller.

Scam perhaps or just a joker trying to up the price till he gets what he eventually thinks its worth..
Seen it all before!

I don’t think so and I don’t think he’s bid on his own items either. Just strange - but hopefully the buyer will appear in here and regale us of a great seller and a smooth deal !
