Hello,

Just about to order a full set of seals for the diff on my Vixen 2500 - my car is very original (as far as I can tell), has the non-overdrive Triumph box in it, but what would the diff be from? and subsequently where would be the best place to get parts for it be from?

Thanks

Joe

Its a Triumph unit in the Vixen 16OO Its the GT6 Triumph unit in the V6 Tuscan an V8 its the Salisbury on the 2500 i am not sure however the early Ms had the Triumph TR6 differential so its one of the three Triumph Rimmer Brothers is the quickest source.
Post a picture please to be sure

The diff on my 2500 leaks to. I was under the wrong impression that these don't have a breather. I couldn't find one on mine. A bit of Googling after reading your previous post Yosini revealed that they do have a breather. From the bits I've read. it's advised to clean and free the breather up before delving in deeper. I also believe it's a TR6 diff.

Good luck with it and let us know how you get on.
