It's hard work, but, you just have to keep going. There will be times that you wished you hadn't started this project, but it's worth it beleive me. I painted my chassis with Raptor paint, its bullet proof.

That's a bit different. Makes a change from using the more conventional coatings. Do you know of any examples where it's been on a chassis for a long time and how it's faired, in what conditions?

Apologies to the OP for the interruption.
Brian, what are you doing header wise and if that's a T5 g/box does it have a mechanical speedo drive or will you have to go electronic?

Thank you Tim

Hot zinc metal spray achieves a superior finish and corrosion protection to conventional hot dip galvanising on the thin wall tubular fabrication of the TVR chassis.
I would go with hot zinc spray too. Gives superb corrosion protection and a great base for a paint finish.
