Griffith for sale in Florida

Following on from the Sagaris that keeps coming up for sale, some of you have probably seen this 90's model Griffith for sale in Florida. I know a little on the background of this car, but as you can see from the listing, it states its not available for road use. Its been for sale there for months. A rather expensive 'ornament' to own?
