Wire Wheel have a good reputation in the US and are probably the biggest and most enthusiastic sellers of clasic TVR's over here.

OK lets be 100% clear with this as you insist on going on and on about him being such a fantastic bloke.

1....Have you ever bought any vehicle from him/his company at all ever.

2....Is your experience concerning him/his company gleamed from what you have read/learnt online or "spoken to him on a telephone".

If the answer is NO to 1 and YES to 2. Then you really do need to think about things.

Sorry, but I find is strange the you attack a fellow poster instead of discribing your dealings with a vendor. It would be very easy for me to sort one side of the story, but I would very much like to hear yours.

D.

As David said
Put you side of the story
Of course i have as yet not purchased a car from Haynes however your constant negativity towards my post along with your comments do not in any way discourage me from doing so.
Thank you for you input.

I bought a car from the dealer, you havent.
I have had purchasing experience/backup etc , you havent.
You on the other only know about the dealer from what you have read on the internet. Now if that qualifies you think that they are OK, good for you.
I also dont have to explain anything to anyone. IF someone goes online and gives their opinions on a subject/dealer/make/model whatever without actual experience of the said subject.... and someone disagrees with them and that someone ACTUALLY has some experience on the subject.....
Dont jump down their neck!

Many, the most expensive being an original UK Griff 200, and many spares. I have also sent customers his way with out any issues. I do not claim to be an expert...just been involved with TVRs for many years and do like someone talking crap about a friend.
I am done with this, as you have no real history with WW and must have become bored with yourself.
Best, D.

I met Hayes over the phone and look at several cars that he has had from the tobacco brown to the green needing the bonnet that he supplied, Not only has he been more than helpful and polite even though I did not buy at that point ,he has continued to advise me and be a friend , some of us to be a friend to have a friend I'm just saying Hayes is one of the good guys don't confuse that with some others one might meet out there.

I've imported 3 in the past couple of years. PM me for the low down. Right hand drive is much more fun!

Yes it is! Unfortunately. So far no bids, so I might get to keep it.

Sorry to see that you are thinking of parting with her! I would re think it, as you have excellent roads in your area to fully enjoy such a lovely motor.
Best,
D.
