I posted this is full in General Motorsport but here's a link to my race report. Few photos too.

Great report, thanks. This was my first visit and I really enjoyed it. As others have said though, a very poor commentary. It wasn't a language issue either, just lack of information beyond the top 10 positions, most of the time, and no indication of how far apart those in the top 10 were. No info on the giant screens, ( that I saw anyway) either. A radio Le Mans type commentary would make a huge difference. I liked the cars displaying their race positions real time, although it took me a while to realise this was position in class rather than overall. Does anyone know why Bentley no. 8 qualified so far behind no. 7?
Despite the commentary issues I'll go again, maybe next year!

It's easy to turn up and pay on the day, it's not a huge sellout event and if you are planning on going earlier in the week, to see the parade and qualifying sessions it should be simple, was no difference between on the day price compared to the pre booked Internet prices.
We found the media coverage in Belgium was good and you could watch the race on a phone or tablet via the race series website, which live streams the full 24 hour race, there was free wifi at a few areas of the paddocks.

It's not easy to pay on the day earlier in the week if you're not trying to get in at the main gate, like if camping at Eau Rouge and walking up to the gate at Campus, we could get into the circuit last year, but not past the man on the barrier on the internal road on the Friday, could still see bits of the track though so no great loss. The ticket booth there was open on the Saturday though.
