It’s time for the next PistonHeads British GT fan forum at Snetterton this weekend at 10am on Sunday (3^rd June).

For this round we’re teaming up with Team VRS Motor Finance and their Ferrari F430 GT3 racer. The forum will allow the winners of the competition access to the pit garage for a Q & A session with the team and drivers.

We’ve got 10 pairs of race tickets for the two hour race to give away to the forum winners. To win, email [e-mail] with ‘Ferrari fan forum’ in the subject line. Winners will be chosen on a first come – first served basis.

For 2007, team VRS drivers Phil Burton and Adam Wilcox have moved up to the GT3 class from GTC, where they competed in a Ferrari 360 finishing 7^th in class at the end of the season with a podium finish at Rockingham. 

A pole position at Donington Park has demonstrated that they have the pace to run at the sharp end in 2007, but an accident in Free Practice with fellow Ferrari team Christians in Motorsport left their 430 badly damaged. However, in a show of great sporting spirit, Hector Lester and Tim Mullen of CiM used their own badly damaged car to help repair the VRS Motor Finance car that allowed the latter to get into the race.

In race one a long pitstop after the door failed to close dropped the team out of the points but a fighting 6^th place in race two, following more pit stop problems, netted the team three more championship points to add to the three they took at Oulton Park.

This weekend Phil Burton and 2004 GTC Champion Adam Wilcox will be eyeing the podium step in the first 2-hour race of the season at Snetterton.
