Not quite sure whats happening with schedule times, but jayski got their clock wrong, sprint cup race is 20 laps in..
Yeah I wondered when I tuned in, thought that the start was around 8. Anyway, looks like the streams you linked me to last week have been shut down, would you be able to redirect me to a working one? Many thanks..And so on to Bristol first short track of the year. For the guys who haven't watched much before you should tune in to this one, the track is just over half a mile long, corners at their steepest are a 30 degree bank. Its so short they use both straights (and some of the turns!) for pit stalls. 500 laps is hard on the tires and the brakes.
Expect Kyle to go well here, he's finished in the top ten in 10 out of 14 races including 4 wins.
Again no trucks this weekend.
Due to the Sebring 12hour the nationwide race is on MotorsTv at 8pm on Sunday, not Saturday as normal.
Sprint cup race green flag is scheduled for 17:13pm our time Sunday, so with a bit of luck we can watch the cup race and immediately switch over to catch the nationwide race.

While 500 laps of Bristol can go by very fast if it stays green at 16 seconds/lap, I'd anticipate some cautions , so it may not be done in 3h ...That said, with the change to the banking meaning the "bump and run" is much less common there are a lot fewer wrecks than there used to be. Which is probably why it doesn't sell out all 165,000 tickets every time any more.

about 40 minutes to go for the start of the cup race, starting line up is here: http://www.jayski.com/stats/2012/pdfs/04bristol201...
good race and not broken up by too many yellows. Shame the early wreck took out so many possible winners. Have to ask though, is fuel injection spoiling the show? The lack of flames and more predicatable fuel consumption seem to have taken something away.
A lot of empty seats mind, I remember the days when you couldnt get a Bristol ticket for love nor money or a 4 year wait list! It was one of the events I really wanted to go to at the time but always had to settle for ticket friendly Atlanta or sorts.

No trucks at the weekend meant Piquet Jr was making his debut in the K&N East series. Had a rather good day.

Not sure what you can read into that really, but it's still good to see.
