Webber will not give anything away, but he can't do much if he's told he has a gearbox issue...
If they are running one and two, you can just see them manipulating the pit stops gently so that Vettel gets the undercut on Webber

I don't think that will be necessary, Webber's been around long enough to know what's expected - it's a team sport and the drivers championship is important to the team (and he's too far behind to have a chance of the title).

Red bull would be mad to not engineer a vettel / webber 1-2 which would be the perfect result for them for both championships.

Button's 11th grid slot could be an opportunity for him to pull one of his occasional inspired drives from down the grid by starting on the 'right' tyres ...

With that in mind, I've just checked the odds on-line and he is 40-1 for the win @ each way 1/5th the odds a place 1-2-3. That's 8-1 for a Button podium which is worth a few quid I think.

I do not think in race trim it will be so cut and dried for the Red Bulls over the Mclarens. McLaren's poorish showing at Suzuka was a false impression considering their race trim form prior to japan.

With all that in mind, I think Button is worth a few quid each way at 40-1 and I've just had that bet now rather than wait until just before the race as I usually do in case of any last minute changes. That in case I sleep through the early race start and miss the chance... done that before much to my chagrin.

Going to get some shut eye now as I feel a bit rough. Had a Flu Jab this morning and now I feel I've got ... The Flu ... talk about Sod's law... frown

Jake has tweeted that Eddie will be dancing in the pre-race show - I'm like a moth to a flame to see a bit of EJ Gangnam style!!

Can someone give me a heads up when Brundle starts his grid walk? That's when I plan to turn over!

Cheers

Merc fined $10,000 for an unsafe release in front of Lewis.

Why does the FIA still fine? 10 grand to Merc is about half an A-series, so what.

During the summary of qualifying they mentioned MB got fined $10,000 for unsafe release, who gets the money from these kind of fines?

Does anyone know if I can block tweets with #motogp from my twitter timeline? I love following twitter during the race but don't want to see the moto gp results until I watch the race afterwards!

Cheers
