It's funny with ERC, they are actually very good at releasing highlights, pictures and quotes really quickly. But obviously the message doesn't get outside of the motoring press.

For me the championship has been on a bit of a downer since WRC2 started up. Entry lists seem to massively vary in quality and numbers, so makes it less interesting to follow.

Last time I looked Ingram was going well in the juniors, leading despite bent steering.

Brilliant from Meeke so far! The handling issues of Monte and Sweden must seem like a bad dream now!

The information I have read is spectators are only welcome in the Kennisham forest stage.

And you can apparently walk,if fit enough,to the neighbouring stage if you want.

I don't have any local knowledge.

Enjoyed the Red Bull tv highlights. It seems that Citroen have built a proper tarmac weapon... should be a good weekend.

Yep once he's not awoken with a startle again..... nothing like the WRC cars in tarmac spec, so mean and aggressive looking.

You can walk from Kennisham to Chargot quite easily , max one mile . Can view the toll road by going up Porlock Hill , and walking seawards , plenty of parking up there .Times will be on the website , hth.

Well despite the big gap in the field all day, that was an enjoyable Somerset Stages. Started off at a fast left/right, where Like Francis was so close to a massive accident! A fair few others were pretty lairy through there too. After that we went to a hairpin near the start of Croydon, where the dust was really being kicked up and there was a big variety of lines being taken!

Gutted to read about Meeke, not so much about Ogier if honest hehe

4 winners in 4 events for 4 different manufacturers, not a bad start to the season.

Shame Breen lost a position on the last stage, but better to bring back points for the team, rather than crash trying to gain another 2 or so!

Couple short videos from the Somerset yesterday..

They keep on failing to mention certain drivers! Think in Mexico they didn't mention Evans and Corsica there was very little about Paddon, even with his power stage diversion and subsequent show boating.

I wouldn't say it's poor though, i think there is a decent enough balance of action and education.

Lappi confirmed in the 3rd Toyota for the European rounds, while Mikkelsen will attend a Hyundai test on Friday. The latter being very interesting with the team having 3 contracted drivers for 2018.
