The days of being excited by the unveiling of RallyGB, or (the RAC Rally as it was) have long gone. It's just more of the same; in fact, there's not a lot they seem they can do to really change/ freshen it.

The last time it was 'RAC' was 1997, I think the rallying community needs to get over it!

The rally planner is up on WRGB homepage. Nice to have Dyfnant in the dark this year - will be a late one heading up to Brenig on Saturday night.

Also, slightly annoyed that its going to cost our group another £80 for Friday and Saturday to stay in the forest!

I was all for going to this event until I saw the price of a ticket... given that I attended WRC Portugal this year at no cost, £99 to be herded into "spectator areas" (that are always rubbish for photography) really doesn't appeal.

Think I'll watch this one on the TV and put the cash toward another foreign round next year.

Herding is for sheep. Never had a problem exploring on forest stages on Rally GB, just be sensible and take heed of marshals like any other rally.
