Horse for courses. They both have their merits but lots of people on social media disappointing that the NGTC one isn't more aggressive looking. Too cute for my tastes but then a lot of people like that.
I know the guy who did the bodywork for the car and the boundaries have been pushed in terms of what they can do - as has been the case with other cars he has done in the past.

The NGTC version looks better proportioned to the kit that is on it, the TCR version still has huge gaps around the wheel arches and a rear-wing that just doesn't suit the car at all.

Not knocking the workmanship. It's a nicely made car.

ABS did a superb job.........pass it on from me please - even down to the fit and finish being way better than anything else on the grid wink

I’ve just seen the news that Sheddon is leaving Honda for ‘pastures new’.

Anyone here know where those new pastures are??

He was linked with WTCR the other day. It'll be interesting to see who gets such a prime seat with many top drivers in the championship already confirmed.

I’d heard a rumour that he was off to the WTCC with Audi. But it just seemed like stupid speculation. Very surprised especially as he was present in Honda/halfords teamwear at the autosport International.

His contract didn't end until after Autosport apparently, hence the appearance.

Massive news, there were a couple of rumours floating around after the WTCR news but even so, I think most people expected a full BTCC season plus the WTCR rounds which didn't clash.

It's a huge seat to fill, can't think of anyone who they'd have up their sleeve other than Huffy.

Then in a couple of years they're going to be doing this all over again!

James Nash also talked of a return to the BTCC.

Massive news that Shedden is moving on. Wonder if one or two in the paddock are wishing they hadn't committed to their drives already.

It'll be hugely interesting to see who gets it.

Could they even just run a two car team with Neal and Simpson?

One less of the main bumper car offenders this season, I won’t miss him.
Didn’t even manage to race cleanly at Goodwood.

Would love to see Ingram or Goff take Shed's seat. Both class acts on and off the track.

Both Ingram and Goff are already signed for this year though.

You know who currently doesn’t have the seat he had last year as the team is only running two cars? Rory Butcher... Shedden’s brother in law.....

The internet will explode if Plato joins neal for one final year just to piss everyone of lol. The plato lovers who hates neal/dynamics and the plato haters who like neal/dynamics will have a meltdown.

I did wonder why Shedden wasn't wearing the same gear as Neil when they were interviewed at the Autosport Show...

Someone with an awful lot of money. Such a seat doesn't come cheap. "Huffy" wants paid, so it won't be him.

If Honda UK wanted a top line drive I’m sure they could kick in a few extra quid to get him.
