Could we drop the ‘I know something you don’t know’ charade and get to the point please?
It wasn't me who claimed to know something! There never has been a 'spare' Speedworks car.

FYI it wasn't my driver/friend who got the seat with the MG.

We were 30-40k short - all the best Ollie/team.

Has anyone else heard about BMR having a winding up order? Apparently they are way behind on their payments and have had notice of closure?

Its just the standard notice that a company gets from Companies House when they are late lodging their company returns. They are given two months to lodge them.

No big deal.

Still not a good sign that they are that late with their accounts given the fines they will get etc.

Should never happen in a well run company. I've run several companies over the last 35 years and we've never submitted our accounts late. Small fine is relative. £1500 that can't be offset against tax is £1500 flushed down the toilet.

I’m going to guess auditor has highlighted a going concern issue and has not signed off yet

because on the back of this there is also a rumour of JP going over to TCR as they have an open drive in the UK series.

TCR have about 20 drives spare in the UK series. Last place on earth JP would go to. The media exposure is way too small.

If the organisers threw some cash his way and funded the drive I’m sure he could be tempted, it’s certainly boost the series profile for the rest of year.

One way or another I’d be amazed if he’s at BMR next season even if he finishes this one.
