Yes, this is pretty annoying. Used Chromecast last year with no issues so bought Superview again despite the races being shown live on Motorsport TV and now it doesn't work. Not impressed!!!!

I’m not buying an Apple TV box just to watch Superview. That defies the whole point of being able to stream it. Worked fine with Chromecast last year and they’ve fked it up.

I'll be asking for my money back (PayPal dispute) if it's not sorted.

I’m already expecting to go the same way with it. Giving it until Wednesday then PayPal get the dispute

Got up super early to watch , only for Superview to let me down with stty stream .. found a cracking HD stream in the end on Ustream from the nice chaps at https://www.reddit.com/r/motorsportsstreams/ .. think i'll ditch the 'NotSuperview' for now .... shame as i paid am happy to in the future , but looking at other forums they don't seem of have improved in the past years

Had the same issue. No response to two emails. Opened dispute via PayPal. Refunded. Then email from support team explaining what the issue was and how they now fixed it. Works now.

I’m going to give it a try again tomorrow and see if the issue has been sorted. We can but hope, if not I’ve got to dispute a PayPal card payment that wasn’t done through my PayPal account just as a generic payment. Should be fun....

So PayPal have refused my refund and told me to contact Supercars direct as it still isn’t working! And Supercars still aren’t replying to any emails...

I’ve discovered that Motor Trend On Demand seems to show live and replays of the V8SC’s also, and that does work with Chromecast so if I still can’t get it to work I’ll be using that instead. Just fking annoying I can’t get a refund on a service I can’t really use.
