To be fair to Tanak, he has now apologised, although I've no idea how gritted his teeth were at the time...
With the Day Two road order positions as per overall standings after Day One and nobody as far as I'm aware in Rally2, it could be that the "sweet spot" is round about where Breen, Ostberg and Suninen are - i.e. down the order but still within 30 seconds of the lead.
Would absolutely love it if Breen got the rub of the green for a change...

Ogier throwing his toys out of the pram is a bit much, he's around long enough now to be a bit mature about the running order. Yes of course its going to be frustrating but running order affects everyone at some point. Either way, good rally so far and the All live seems to be working a bit better too. Colins crest tomorrow!
Crossing the fingers for Breen to be on the podium by the end.

well what an event in the end. Didnt get to watch as much of it as i'd have liked but thats what happens when your in work on weekends i supose.
Meeke v Tanak crash was from what I can see all Ott's doing. didn't look like much passing space from the short footage we did see, Kris clearly as far in the bank as he could be and no obvious passing point so Ott should have waited to pass when clear/safe and asked for time lost to be credited back, something I think couldn't have been refused. But shame it happened the way it did.
Amazing result for Craig, I've long been a supporter since his very early days and he's come through a lot and thoroughly deserves to be on podiums showing his worth.
rest of the drivers put on one hell of a rally, to have the top 5 overall as close together as they were is only positive for the series as no one team seems to be running away with it (I know were only 2 rallies in but it was clear by even this point years ago that VW were the superior outfit).
Now to Ogier on the final stage.
Was it unsporting or not? As much as I don't like this type of behaviour in the sport it is part and parcel with any sport to use the rules and regulations to your advantage. something Ogier and M-Sport clearly did. he's come away with 3 points more than he would have if he'd run when he should have that's certain. I personally see no difference in what he did to the days of slowing before the flying finish to drop time and road position for the next day.
People on twitter and facebook are complaining about him doing it saying Ott and Elfyn didn't do it, but no one has actually asked if they would have had they thought of it!
I do hope this hasn't set a precedence for the coming season on rounds where the championship leader sweeps for the rest.
I do also agree that its about time this running order is discussed, I'd happily see a return to the drivers selecting road order based on shakedown "qualifying" times.

actually I think it should be based on power stage qualifying times. That is the winner get to chose starting order for the next rally. For me the power stage is starting to have the value of qualifying in F1. There should be a tally of power stage wins and points taken on them etc.Meeke v Tanak crash was from what I can see all Ott's doing. didn't look like much passing space from the short footage we did see, Kris clearly as far in the bank as he could be and no obvious passing point so Ott should have waited to pass when clear/safe and asked for time lost to be credited back, something I think couldn't have been refused.
