Been a few ngtc cars up for sale bmr have a levorg up for sale also the moffats merc has been up for sale a while and one of the avensis for a very reasonable 60K.
Outside of ngtc one of the integra type r is been auctioned at race retro too. A few ex btcc floating around.
No use without a license to run them though and all the teams with licenses have cars of their own.Outside of ngtc one of the integra type r is been auctioned at race retro too. A few ex btcc floating around.

Anyone know the likelihood of Bushell and Neal being allowed/able to race by Donnington? If not, then who would take their seats until cleared to race?
re. that Motorbase seat.... I've heard rumours about Rob Gravett......
whats up with them?re. that Motorbase seat.... I've heard rumours about Rob Gravett......
Neal came off his bicycle at speed and hurt his hand, I believe.
One thing I know for sure however is that Rob Gravett will be driving the Motorbase Kia Cee'd this year.

From autosport re. Neals accident - "Basically broken clavicle, multiple fractures to shoulder, broken rib, punctured lung which then collapsed.Neal came off his bicycle at speed and hurt his hand, I believe.

Motorbase announce 3 new mk4 focus’ then... first shell complete and in build, two more shells to follow!
Looks mega in the pics and very reminiscent of the first motorbase ngtc chassis build in red! Though mr Bartrum claims the first build was in 2011 when they turned up at snetterton and took everyone by surprise in his statement.... it was 2012.. I guess all the seasons roll into one when you’re working that hard to keep up the sharp end!
Bet you can’t wait for shakedown Ollie?!
Just the matter of the other driver now! 🤔

Cannot wait for the shakedown indeed!! The first car is mine and it will likely be the first to be completed so I'll be getting the honour of being the first to turn a wheel in the new beast.
I've been involved in the project since the start and I'm massively, massively excited about it.
I think there was still life in the old girl left but the time was right and the team have taken all of the shortcomings of the old car on board and the new one should be a big step on for us.

I know you cannot say much but other than standardised parts is there any parts being carried over from the old Focus or is everything brand new for the MK4. Assuming this year is going to be more of a development year I would have thought the Mk4 Focus should be right up there in terms of pace, its more Civic esque with the wheels pushed out into the corners much more.I've been involved in the project since the start and I'm massively, massively excited about it.

There are inevitably some carry over parts but it is a new car to the same level as Honda going from the FK2 to the FK8It is going to be a development year but we're hoping that the strengths of the car will put us in a good position from the off and we can work from there. Traditionally the first few venues were good for the old car so fingers crossed we can hit the ground running!!
