I like indycar and last season had some great racing, More so than F1, but the adverts!

I dont know how americans do it. you literally just missed half of the qualifying runs to adverts. there was 5 minutes of adverts, then 5 minutes of action then 5 minutes of adverts.

I just zone out.

Just watched the 5 min highlights on youtube, apart from Andretti's great outside double pass on Rosenqvist and Hinchcliffe that Rosenqvist tried to copy and failed it's seemed less crashy than expected.

From other comments I've seen on Twitter, it would seem trying to get to 5 minutes of highlights might have been a struggle.

Overall, quite glad I shied away from splashing out on a NowTV pass & staying up for it. Probably would have if it had been a road course, though.

Sounds like you made the right call. Wait for a few weeks until something better. Now TV might be worthwhile in July when combined with some Formula One.

Damn it! Forgot it was a day earlier than F1!

..and having splashed out on a NowTV offer for F1, I could have watched it.

Never mind; reminder set for race.

Really glad that I don't have to cope with this coverage all of the time... but looking forward to the race anyhow.

Double header with NASCAR, but NASACR not on Sky, which is a bit of a shame.

personally i think the broadcast is much better than formula 1. Its not dumbed down and shouty and the camera director actually follows the race so you can actually track where everybody is. But Americans and their "commercials" just make it unbearable.
