It's vastly improved this year with them just putting out the full race program, some of the support categories like the Improved Production and S5000 series are a really good watch.

Latest sort of unconfirmed but possible rumour is also a Bathurst 1000 return for Greg Murphy this year. He's been asked about it on the V8 Sleuth podcast and certainly wasn't going out of his way to deny it could happen.

I'm not sure if that's a good thing he's a great driver but is going to be on the pace.

Yes, the Superview coverage is excellent now it includes the whole Fox broadcast.

Anton was unlucky at the weekend. Should have been two wins for him. I think the weekend proved there is no parity issue this season.

Looking forward to Winton.

If we get an announcement pretty soon then there's plenty of time to go testing. It seems to be at best 50/50 at the moment whether it happens so we'll see i guess.

Updated version of the rumour is a Boost mobile backed Erebus car with Murphy and Richie Stanaway as a wildcard entry.

Wow SVG was in a different race to everyone else, that was utter domination by him & 888.

His reaction after the first qualifying showed how hard he's trying.

In the race he was a different level yet again. Making Whincup look average takes some doing, but svg keeps doing it.

Some great racing this weekend. Good to see others taking it to SVG although I felt it was a bit harsh penalising him after the Kostecki incident, considering if he had turned in , Kostecki would have wiped him out a few laps earlier.

I thought the penalty, Kostecki had overcooked it whereas SVG was deliberately running him out of road.

Good to see FPR getting to grips with their tyre wear, even if they still manage to pick the wrong strategies at times.

I expected the KGR cars to fair a bit better but they were well off the pace.

If the earlier races there are anything to go by SVG will be gone & Depasquale Mostert Whincup etc fighting over the other podium spots.

But I still reckon it'll be a cracking race.

Preparing for the annual attempt at the all-nighter..... but it's a later start this year, race underway at 1.15am UK time coffee

Might actually go to bed for a few hours before.

BTW wasn't race 29 a cracker?! With fuel stops, supersofts and a bit of rain at the end. Another brilliant win for SVG. Gutted race 30 didn't happen but better not to wreck a load of cars just before the Great Race

can also be watched on 7plus.com.au if you can "be" in Australia on your PC. You need to register but pretty simple to do so

This is going to be a cracker this year!Chaz has gone quicker than SM in the 2019 top ten.Just fantastic to see young Will brown @ Erebus doing some fantastic times.Unfortunately Erebus had both cars disqualified from their placing in the top ten shoot out because of being underweight in the doors.Put both cars back in #9 & #10 on the grid for the race today. The ones to watch?Cameron Waters in the #5 Mustang. All the Tickford cars are a real surprise.Waters came so close last year within 0.08 secs of SVG to come second. Both Shell cars(especially #11) of Anton de Pasquale is going to be one to watch. He literally owned the last event @ Sydney Motorsport park taking nearly all the poles out & winning a few races over four weeks.Another one to watch is also Tim Slade in the #3 Mustang,’Cool drive’this car was exceptionally quick @ the beginning of the season untill an awful crash.Without adoubt the best race on the planet. The reason the times have also been tumbling has a lot to do with the time of year, usually this race is held in very early November.Temps are up in December, which has a big influence on times.Scott McLaughlins time of 2:03.831.Chaz did a 2:03.773.Just exceptional times.I have no doubt if Scott was still racing for DJR,he would have been just as quick. At the end of the day though, strategy & luck has a lot of input into this race.

Car 39 Brock Feeney is on the move, bodes well for RBR for next year. Just passed Lowndes and Frosty in successive laps
