As there's no spectators (hopefully for the last time), here's the BTCC timetable for this coming weekend:

Saturday, May 8:
09.40 – 10.20 Free Practice Kwik Fit British Touring Car Championship
12.15 – 12.55 Free Practice Kwik Fit British Touring Car Championship
14.45 – 15.15 Qualifying Kwik Fit British Touring Car Championship

Sunday, May 9:
11.28 BTCC Pit Lane Opens
11.40 Kwik Fit British Touring Car Championship
14.23 BTCC Pit Lane Opens
14.35 Kwik Fit British Touring Car Championship
17.08 BTCC Pit Lane Opens
17.20 Kwik Fit British Touring Car Championship

It's certainly going to be an interesting year!

ITV4's Sunday coverage should be 10:45am to 6.15pm & Saturday qualifying live on the ITV hub.

That was very poor behaviour from Plato and the end of qualifying.

He's apologised to Jake. I guess he assumed that as he had lost time with Edwards car crawling around in the 3rd sector then Jake would have as well and would be abandoning the lap too.

I wondered if earlier in the session Jake Hill had held him up, regardless he should have got a penalty for holding another driver up on their qualifying lap when he was on the way back into the pits - sad to say but what a prick for doing that (20 years in racing should know better). First event back and acts like a tt.

He wasn't on his way back to the pits though. He was on his fastest lap of the day until the white flags were out for Edwards. Look at the sector times. The decision to pit was made very late.

Harvey is such a knob. Plato wasn't on a quick lap was he? How come sector 1 was within a tenth of his best and sector 2 was his overall best then?

Indeed, that Cupra is going to need some work.
