Dan Lloyd is going to be at Croft - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IMmKjpAjvcA
£95,000 + VAT repair bill though. Could buy a TCR car for that.

Injury wise it’s just bruising, car wise I’m unsure how severe it’s damaged but they’re a big team, sure it’ll be fine.
Update today on his YouTube channel. Physically fine and will be back at Croft. £95k + vat to repair the car though! Hope he manages to raise the funds to cover it. Interesting to get some behind the scenes truths from him, a lot of work goes on in the background to find a season, it isn’t F1 for the drivers.
Glad that Dan & Colin have been cleared for Croft.

Josh Cook gets lucky...again
I even gave DL an actual for today’s first win too... well deserved.
A few drivers finding their feet now... the second half of the season is going to be interesting.
( But come on ‘Tingram’... it’s got to be your year).
Support races were entertaining as well.

Hate to say it as BTCC is usually such an entertaining series, but I'm not sure Croft lends itself well to overtakes in the hybrid era, the racing wasn't to the usual standard imho. Quite a few comments that the boost doesn't give a big enough advantage and that the performance disparity was bigger with ballast; bar the hairpin it seems Croft doesn't afford many passing opportunities if the car in front doesn't make a mistake.

Agreed, it was a bit of a procession. Dick Bennetts at WSR also said the same thing. Dan Lloyd looking very unlikely to finish the season. The reality of motorsport for the majority of drivers yet a lot of the casual fans think they're all millionaires.

There’s something I really don’t like about racing drivers asking their fans to pay their bill.
he isn't though, he's asking fans to buy some merch, activities. Which is fair enough.Gassing Station | General Motorsport | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
