These records are pretty irrelevant to all bit the small handful of people who are looking to buy such a car. It's all about the companies chasing PR. Find me a driving road where you will ever know the difference between these hypercars.

Well done and all that, but I don't give a sI think the rules for "fastest Road car lap" should include driving to and from the circuit, buying a weeks shopping on the way back from a supermarket and getting a Happy Meal at a DriveThru.
As an aside, who was driving the Zonda? Top marks to anyone who Photoshops Lewis Hamilton into one giving the bird out the window to Alonso in the 599 :-)
