Watch out for cars with Welsh flaged number plates, they drive like nutters.

Watch out for cars with UK flagged number plates, you may round a corner to find one doing 20mph in the middle of the road whist admiring the view.with a 20 mile tailback behind them.

Snowdonia (north) and Brecon Beacons (south) are epic. Some good coastal roads in the west. Lots of scenery, big waterfalls, peaceful valleys, etc.

OK, my recommendation is have fun, but if you decide that warp speed is appropriate, ideally don't record it- at least don't put it on You Tube or anywhere else of the sort!

If we want to preserve these roads from silly speed limits and overzealous law enforcement-discretion is required.

Not a road - but an awesome pub if you get the chance. Bear in mind you have to walk the last ten mins due to the location

Second that! - The clickbaity troublemaking local rags in North Wales are always on the lookout for this sort of thing - discretion is advised!

We wont be going mad tbh, we live a fair hack away from wales so last thing we need is accidents and drama. We have got some routes planned with some hopefully quieter roads etc so im hoping it will be ok and that no rozzers get involved haha wink

The roads are much better than UK ones and going out of the main holiday season it shouldn't be too bad. Make sure you're as pure as the driven snow on the A55 though.

Watch what time places close, and when any hotels or B & Bs have given the chef the night off. I got caught twice like this in May this year.

Electric Mountain in Llanberis is worth a visit, well the whole town is.
