Welsh road trip but worried about flooded roads
Discussion
I'm hoping to do a trip over to Wales up through the brecon beacons, black mountain and onto north Wales for the usual famous roads
But I'm co concerned some roads may still be flooded or bridges may be closed. Just wondered if anyone has travelled through recently with any advice ?
I'm hoping it's mostly ok now and that the locals are getting back to normal as I realise they often have to deal with flooding

Did you head out to Wales yet ? I decided on a whim yesterday to do same. Booked a hostel for the overnight stay (£15, single private room, no dorms for me!!). Set off at 3:30pm. Six hours later and 340 miles Straight Outta Colchester, I got here!

Spent the evening planning my route to get some great roads in before heading homewards via a visit to see my Granny in the midlands!

No floods from Shrewbury across country to my room for the night. The only thing flowing was the road.
