The road near the Dick Hudson's pub between Bingley and Menston always feels fun (although it's quite short) as it has some nice hills and bends https://www.google.com/maps/@53.8761126,-1.8287542...
The back road from Ilkley to Otley (past the Lido) is fun too if you can avoid the cyclists
TBH there are loads of good sections around the area (I'm only a few miles from the Bingley Moor road), out of Otley towards Tadcaster or towards Beckwithshaw, Blubberhouses and Fewston, round the back of the Airport, Haworth to Laneshaw Bridge, Oxenhope to Hebden Bridge, not amazing as a whole (fair few mundane sections) , but always possible to string an enjoyable loop or 2 together. The back road from Ilkley to Otley (past the Lido) is fun too if you can avoid the cyclists
This is more than a sequence of corners but is a great driving route around Lincolnshire.
From Bracebridge Heath, Lincoln go down Brant Road and head towards Harmston, take the Broughton Lane turnoff and eventually cross the A17 at Stragglethorpe (some excellent flowing corners on this section) and head to Barkston. Then go to Grantham (doesn't really matter which way) and get on the A607 and follow it to Melton Mowbray. Then head for the A606 down to Oakham, then the A603 and head for Rutland Water South Shore - Normanton is a a good place to stop for a walk or refreshments. From there get back on the A606 towards Stamford (also worth a stop) and head out on the A6121, from here it doesn't really matter which way you take as long as you get to the A151 but I did the B1176 last time which has some lovely views and nice cambered corners. Once you get to Corby Glen turn off for the B1176 again towards bhfield (great section) and then to High Dyke B6403 towards Ancaster. Turn left at the crossroads and get on the A607 all the way back to Lincoln.
I'd recommend this as an evening drive - very nice as the sun is setting!

A169 Pickering to Whitby is my favourite road.
Some good bits on A68 too between Soutra and Ponteland although a bit spread out.
Agree with general consensus on Buttertubs, nice views but not a road to drive very fast on.
No Lake district roads are much fun as they’re all too crowded. single track is also pretty dangerous if you can’t see through the bends.

There are some good sections into and out of Cupar in Fife.
A913 heading NE towards Perth, especially the first couple of miles, albeit the road is a bit rough in places.
B940 SE to Pitscottie which was resurfaced a few years ago and is still smooth. Starts with a fantastic cresting then downhill, off-camber right hander
A916 heading SW towards Kennoway. I used to drive it almost daily back in the late 80s/early 90s and it has a mix of fast and slow corners, some nice undulations and the last straight, down past the caravan park, was always quiet enough to go for a, er, high speed run in my Montego 1.6!

Zig Zag Hill, North Dorset. Perhaps not my favourite but it's definitely up there. I tend to drive it most days.

this would be mine. stumbled upon it by accident when satnav sent me the scenic route from Bristol to Bournemouth. at the top of the hill and to the right there is an airfield with an overlooking cafe. hoping to drive this with my friends from Bristol this summer https://www.google.com/maps/@50.9870558,-2.1554483...

The B6276 goes from Middleton in Teesdale to Brough. Great road. I drove it last weekend to get a pint of milk
I did this again on Saturday in my Evora along with friends in an Alpine, Exige 350 and an Exige Komo Tec 460 (jeez!!). At last I got that tricky never ending bend right before the bridge whilst it slightly caught out one of my pals in the Exige (not in a bad way, just a bit untidy) who was unfamiliar with it.It's a really challenging bit of road but so much fun. We did Penrith to Hartside, Alston, Middleton, Brough then back via the A66 and M6. A great afternoon out and and ice cream to boot!

Chapel to Chesterfield Road
Flowing curves, tightening, elevation change

I'd agree wholeheartedly with this. When I worked at Fylingdales, returning to base was always spiced up by that road. Once in Whitby, go Ruswarp to Scarborough, which is also good (if you're up early).
Scarborough > Pickering > Whitby > Scarborough is a good run out for me.
Blakey Ridge on the North Yorkshire Moors is probably my favourite stretch of road. The stunning views and openness of the road are hard to beat!

Not the best streetview, but hard to beat this stretch, heading north from Moffat at sunset. Often drive the whole stretch without seeing a car.

Edit, a view of the road from across the valley, with better visibility.

I would add the A708 from Moffat to Selkirk but it’s overrun with bikers and there’s a fatality about once a month during the summer.https://www.google.com/maps/@55.3962221,-3.4814287...

701 a great road I deliver to the Waitrose in Edinburgh and come back that way, usual deserted and no camera vans unlike the 702. https://www.google.com/maps/@55.3962221,-3.4814287...

I prefer tight & twisty to open & sweepy
Favourite bend is this innocuous looking right/left/right. It's the perfect race track chicane on a narrow b road. Apexes just overlapping one another, with enough camber and added elevation change to add to the interest.
Only lasts a couple of seconds but I always grin when it comes into view : https://www.google.co.uk/maps/@54.4050038,-1.54125...
