The 1M looks spot on; makes the M135i look even uglier when alongside! Would happily pay the extra for looks alone...
Mark the owner came from a 1M but required an auto and the extra doors but has his sights set on the M2....

It is a fun but practical car, tough bugger also after all we have thrown at them so far....

Awesome write up fella. Off on a big of a tour myself this weekend and this has just made the wait even harder lol
Nice one, what is your intended route and destination(s)?
Hi mate, sorry for late reply but I was hooning around Wales with 7 others ; )

Drove 1055 miles in 4 days. Started in North Wales and had a route set out by a couple of friends. I believe you may have bumped into a few of them last year whilst you were there yourself ; )

This time it was me in a R35 GT-R, a 673 brake 996 turbo, audi S2, scoob type ra, C63 amg, e39 M5, 997 GT3 RS, and a megane sport. Had such a blast and will defo be doing it next year!!

Enjoyed the pics above (and obviously the 1M)

I took my E92 330i both to North Wales (inc evo triangle) and Lochness in March/April, amazing roads.

How do I apply for the next trip? wink

And that is why she received 2 feature shots rather than one. Much deserved gracing the mid section of the post.... Hmmm, maybe she should have starred at the very end perhaps! laugh

The polar bear celebrates her 3rd birthday, problem free mechanically and 28,000 pleasurable and fun miles under her belt. 3 windscreens, 3 punchers and on her 3rd set of tyres (1 x Michelin pilot sport PS2's, 2 x Michelin pilot supersports).

Has only ever performed as a 'weekend warrior'...
Numerous PH Sunday Services
Wales x 2 (Brecon Beacons, Elan Valley, Snowdonia National Park & the Evo triangle)
Isle of Man
Peak District
Lake District
Pennines x 2
Northumberland National Park
8 day Scotland tour (much of it resembling tarmac rally stages)
Exmoor National Park
10 day Euro tour - 3117 miles:
France
Switzerland
Italy
Austria
Germany
Following alp passes:
Col de Turini
Col de la Bonette
Col d’Izoard
Col du Galibier
Col de l’Iseran (highest in the Alps at 2770m)
Col des Aravis
Grimsel Pass
Furka Pass
St. Gotthard Pass
San Bernardino Pass
Fluela Pass
Ofen Pass
Umbrail Pass
Stelvio Pass
Gavia Pass
Nockalmstrasse
Grossglocker High Alpine Road
Gerlos Alpenstrasse

Nurburgring x 3
Spa Francorchamps x 1

She is definitely a keeper with many more 'ultimate drives' still to come.

A recent Lake District & Pennines adventure.

We are always on the look out for great driving roads, even simply on route to a PH SS, so will let you know. The owner of the Meg, Joe, came from a 1M but due to the amount of miles he does, was looking for something a lttle easier on the gas, mind you, the 265 doesnt half stick about on the b-roads we come across.....
