When i was a teenager working at a lawnmover repair shop, the owner went and bought one of these especially for me to use (to prevent me from using his modified Cabstar or similarly modified P100)
If you think they're slow unladen, wait till you have a large ride-on lawnmower lashed on the back and a slipping clutch!

Cute. Looks newer than it is what with the round lights. It's the kind of thing which hipster popup startup entrepreneur types will go mad for on Instagram. Put some decent company decals on it , grow a mad beard, drive it to Shoreditch and sell deconstructed rustic home made artisan sushi juice from the rear bed. You'll not get rich at all but you'll have like a thousand followers :-P
Yes, I of course love this. Even slower than my Rascal, well done!
Looks in great condition for its age.
As has been said, that is definitely the kind of vehicle that will get you noticed, so if you want to use it for some business it would be ideal, down the markets selling whatever out of the back, or hired out for "events" for some reason.
If I had a pickup version of the Rascal I would be looking to make the rear half of the bed into a barbecue...

There is no structure to these things though, the front panel is the crumple zone and your knees are about 2 inches away on the inside, we managed to get one running a few years back after it had been sat for 20 years
Indeed. Had a couple of Hijets for a giggle. Game over in a prang.Gassing Station | Readers' Cars | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
