Not a fan of the stickers on the rear window but I imagine it will be quite fun if you manage to get it to 220 or over!

Like the blacked out look, and the 1.8T has lovely midrange, should be fun with a bit more boost.

Nice! Love a B5 Avant - I had a 1.8T FWD with the AEB block (very old, highly tuneable).

Had mine up at around 220hp with a K03S, injectors, recirculating valve and a few other bits. Great fun and missed sorely to this day.

Put up your spec list when you get a chance, would love to see what you're doing / done / will do.

I had the 1.8t in the first Ibiza Cupra Turbo, was up to 230bhp.

My advice.. if you're going to do anything other than a remap, go K04.

Some cutting may be required but it'll tuck in for sure:

So I thought I would tell you what I have done to it so far and what I've got in the pipe line so it's got full custom decat exhaust induction kit remap stage 2 clutch I really need a bigger front mount intercooler the one they supply is tiny also bigger injectors then possible go k04 as for interior pretty standard the air con has been deleted need to fit my recaros also sort out the ice just custom made a subfoofer box and going to do a full boot install body work wise really want a rs4 front bumper but are pricey and rear needs a full detail brake wise a currently doing the 312mm break upgrade also need to refurbishe my rs4 alloys not sure on colour yet then loads of bodywork bits big list with X'mas coming up hopefully Santa stops at forge and comes down the chimney with a intercooler and a dump valve lol

Had mine a few years - did a lot with it including lots of DIY paint jobs:

Sounds like you have a lot of good stuff planned. 1.8Ts can suffer oil sludging so make sure you keep up regular oil changes, check pick-up pipes and filters etc just to make sure. If you're going the K04 route try to find a genuine Borg Warner unit (pricy) or a reputable company to hybridise your K03 / build you a K04 harvesting parts from your original. Cheap out on the turbo at your own risk!

RS4 bumpers are a ballache - the B5 RS model was a lot wider than the S4 / A4 so you'll need wings and a lot more to make it work using proper parts. Anything aftermarket with the same aggressive looking bumper usually looks crap on a narrow-body.
