here's a core, you could use your existing housing and get it built properly for less than 500 quid. worth an email to see if they build turbos.

I am currently running a standard Audi dump valve have been looking at a forge one are they better or are you just paying for the name and the fact it's shiny running 190 at the moment but once I put my new turbo injectors all of that am looking at around 240

the forgo are certified, ie the spring are calibrated to psi and they look nice.

what are turbo injectors?

To me a dump valve is just a spring that moves 100 pounds just seams like a lot some people rate them some people say there just engine bling

Why not look for a damaged TT 225, buy it, strip what you need and flog the rest ?

For example,

Sell the wheels and tyres, various body parts, headlights, interior, brakes, haldex, dashpod, stereo etc etc ? then weight the rest in.

Prob get that for £800 as been on ages.

the problem is the the tt is horizontal engine, the audi longitudinal so not much is interchangeable, i don't think the turbo fits without work.

I need a a4 b6 that someone is breaking must be the 1.8t with the red t 190 bhp then tune it to around 240 will need to upgrade the clutch don't know what one to go for yet but one step at a time lol

Use a 1.8T BAM engine from a mk1 Seat Leon Cupra R that will work!

No golf Audi a3 Leon or fabia will work the only turbo that will work is one of a a3 s3 but will need a adapter plate and custom down pipe

Going to do a diy boost leak test before I start ripping the engine apart anyone got any good advice regarding doing it
