Maserati Granturismo 4.2
Discussion
Hi all,
Ive just taken delivery of my first Maserati, Whilst the Boxster was great fun, we were looking for something with a bit more space inside, also good looks, and sound, it seemed to fit the bill! As the Boxster had red leather, my next car had to as well, I wanted one in black as well to see the lines, this in a lovely metallic black. I found this one half an hour away from me via a private sale, she has 27800 miles from new, Its a 4.2 which I find more than enough at the moment!
Very much looking forward to getting to know the car!

Thanks guys For the money I was thrilled with it. Really impressed with the general fit and finish of the car, the interior is beautifully built,
I think a private plate will be on my shopping list!
I need to sort one of the heather control buttons which has gone sticky, seems to be the soft touch material causing this, It also attracts dust!

I have looked at these for a few years in the classifieds, they offer great value for money. I have never been fortunate to go out in one but always thought peering in that the interior let it down slightly, coming from a Porsche, I was surprised to see you comment on the interior. Are they well finished when your up close with one? You've got me looking at 4.7s on autotrader lolI think a private plate will be on my shopping list!

jonamv8, Really impressed with the quality, theres not one rattle or squeak coming from the interior. all the plastics have a soft touch material which is nice, but two of the buttons have gone sticky, not sure whats caused that.
treetops, I did wonder if they would be!
Cool - hopefully I'll have chance to go out in one sometime and experience them for myself.jonamv8, Really impressed with the quality, theres not one rattle or squeak coming from the interior. all the plastics have a soft touch material which is nice, but two of the buttons have gone sticky, not sure whats caused that.

On to running costs - I've heard a few time they are pricey to keep in good order!!
