Ah good, bookmarked and watching this thread, looking forward to seeing updates on the collection. Any thoughts on the latest Porsche 935? Could you be tempted?

Pretty much this. I had one ‘kid’ ask if he could have my DB5 as it’s his favourite car and his mother was terminally ill.
I understand it’s a hard time for him but I didn’t get the correlation with an illness and a car. The mind boggles

in all seriousness, welcome back Pete.

a proper question though, if i may!

After seeing PPBB's ex Sauber F1 thread i can't believe how cheap it is comparatively to buy an ex F1 car and be able to drive it compared to buying tomorrows greatest track only hyper car. Have you ever considered buying a a proper ex race track car?

Full on gulf livery on that 935 maybe then you'd be talkin!

You were actually getting begging letters / Xfactor sob stories from followers???

Funny that but also I guess annoying / worrying

I’m unimportant I guess, it’s just all about the cars. Thanks for the follow.

I’ve put it away and started using the Lusso more as I was worried about the Fiat getting damaged. Yes I know what you’re thinking but I really do love that car.
I know a guy with a rather nice collection of 10+ motors, and he also loves his Abarth. I can see why to be honest after a test drive in a 695.

I would but after my tumour I doubt my brain could process that type of speed and I’d definitely struggle with the lateral G’s. if not for that then I’d have a F3 or F2 team myself. Shame really.

I’d go Martini myself but the gulf would also be great.
Yeah the begging was getting too much.

Thank you. It was a welcome break though. Got married, done what I wanted to do for my charities, generally just chilled out without any internet for a few months. Nice.

I adore my 695. Simply adore it for its simplicity.
