Thanks guys. Again all your comments are appreciated.
As for chrome, i was really torn with this, but some of the chrome parts would look terrible in black, and others can't be painted and not happy wrapping them, if i do decide to change them when the car is back together I'll have to look into it some more. But as i said I'm the beginning, I wanted this to look as a factory finish car, so that means keeping the chrome.
Now as for chargers, I'm looking into both ESS and wiestech kits durabilty, reliability and how the extra performance would impact the engine and box long term, but it would have to wait till next winter.. But still undecided

Quite a few people have asked if its a wrap.... ..
you could probably find a colour sample in a box of Quality street.

Wish i could justify spending that amount of money painting my Tesla the same colour
the NA C63 is defiantly a long term keeper IMO especially given all the environmental changes to cars coming

That looks fantastic. I’ll admit I was a little dubious when the thread started but not anymore.
Just to add weight to the chrome debate, I say keep it. Too many cars have blacked out bits, it’s boring. It’s just a mass of black in which the details are lost i.e. three point star. Looks far better with a splash of chrome.

Calipers look fab in that bronze colour. Going to be a hell of a stunner when it's complete.
Pretty sure you won't lose any money on this either even after all the investments you've put in. C63 is sure to become a classic i reckon, especially a 507. Not that any of that really matters at all, but it's a bonus.

What about a shadow chrome for the chrome bits? Just to tone them down slightly? It might be a bit of a logistical nightmare with all the different materials around the car I suppose.
Excellent looking car. If you could ever bring yourself to put it in a car park, you’re sure to always be able to find it.

Thanks again for the interests guys... It's been a real pleasure doing this build, and seeing it develop from a picture in my mind to a real car.
As for shadow chrome.. Again you can't. Just change parts of the chrome as it would look like a halfway house. The door handles are factory chrome with green inserts and this can't be changed so changing the other parts wouldn't match. And this is why i decided that the best way to get close to factory look would be to stick with OEM.

Your mot the only one fella, and i suspect that there are dozens more thinking the same.
This is another reason why i have gone so far with the project. Doing any project like this where you are making drastic changes to OEM cars is either all or nothing, the risks of getting it wrong are greater.
I also understand that its not everyone's cuppa tea and chosen flavour, but this brew has been poured for me, and I'm the only one that has to drink it....... And drink i will.
Going down to see the car in person today to check on the finer details and will pop up some more details later
Thanks again guys
