Alternative to Petrolicious ‘Made to Drive’ videos
Discussion
Morning all, I am really missing new editions to the Petrolicious ‘Made to Drive’ series.
For those who don’t know these are beautifully shot short video clips, typically about nice cars in long term ownership, where the owner talks about the car and his or her life with it. I can’t really explain why but I find them really appealing.
I don’t know if the new management have decided to abandon it or if Covid is making them difficult to produce, but is anybody aware of an alternative I can trawl through the archives from one lazy Sunday afternoon?
Thanks

Those videos seem to have stopped after the founder made some controversial comments regarding BLM - it has since been sold I believe - not sure if those videos will restart - https://www.carscoops.com/2020/08/petrolicious-sol...
Like you, I loved that series so went looking for similar. Two I've found that do something along those lines are Praemio and Tokyo Tuner. Not quite the same quality or volume of content, but still pretty good.
Interested to hear if anyone has found any others like this.

Yeah it has been sold. They are making more videos, just not the 'Made to Drive' series. Am subscribed to Praemio and will try Tokyo Tuner. Petrolicious popped into my head a minute ago, went to their page and wondered to myself why the views had drastically dropped. I check my youtube and IG daily and can't say I've ever noticed their videos or images appearing on either of my feeds. would explain why the views on their videos are so low.
a shame. I really liked the petrolicious tshirt and always wanted to get myself one.

From the article"He went on to claim he’s not racist and was outraged by Floyd’s “cold-blooded murder.”
Behnia went on to say “I believe our fight for justice is derailed when we loot, burn and destroy innocent lives.” He added, “My post was written out of frustration at seeing our pursuit of justice turn into senseless violence led by the actions of a few within their ranks, which I believe is causing to divide us.”"
Can't see any issue with that at all. Pretty much echoes my thoughts on the matter.
Shame he had to part ways with his venture on account of this "if you don't support BLM movement, you're a racist" rhetoric.
