Prettiest Aston... Is It The DB7?

I've been thinking of DB7's recently - it was never a model that featured much on my radar, but I think I'm finally starting to see it's appeal.
It obviously wouldn't be troubling the top-spots of any 'Best Aston' lists, but I'm starting to think it might just be the 'prettiest'.
I could be tempted...

Interesting perspective - certainly not the prettiest aston but equally certainly not the least pretty - none are genuinely ugly bar the moderately offensive cygnet.
Still has great lines and presence if a little bit of a jaaaaag feel to it.
Older astons seem to me to be 'prettier', newer ones seem to have more presence. Gaydon era VH platform cars will be hard to beat long term for beautiful lines.

Beautiful from every angle. Love those hints of banglesque, the mischievously small exhausts and oh that front view, gorgeous.
It did have to look on though with a tear in it's eye, when a DB7 won the cigar.

Not sure on the top spot, but I do think they look great. And arguably I don't think they have dated much either. But the original 6 cylinder version was the prettiest. The V12 became more 'butch'.It obviously wouldn't be troubling the top-spots of any 'Best Aston' lists, but I'm starting to think it might just be the 'prettiest'.

Apart from the fact that I know what it is. And that most modern cars are completely fugly. I think this looks pine fresh still and could be something from only 10 years ago visually. The current Jag F-Type doesn't look any more 'modern'.
As for prettiest Aston, tough one.

Although all of the DB4, 5 & 6's are extremely pretty and handsome looking cars.
Note, none of the above are the 'best' looking Aston for my personal tastes. Just those that are prettiest.
The 2005 Vantage is widely admired as a beautiful and well proportioned design.
Ian Callum did the majority of the design, which was then revised slightly by Mr Fisker.
The interior was designed by (sorry have forgotten her name).
The DB7 I think is a longer car, which perhaps gives a slightly less well proportioned appearance in side view.
Whether that aditional length is in one area particulad I dont know, but here are two side shot to compare.
I note the Vantage has less rear overhang and the base of the windscreen is furter forward which gives the impression of a shorter front section length. Side window height seems less.
Interesting when studying these small details, what an effect it has on the overall look.

View of some may be slightly jaded because a relatively large number were produced & we've got used to looking at them.
