Yes wheels are definitely standard spec. I know porsche like to add up all the options but selling a car without wheels would be taking the micky

I wondered whether they might be optional in other countries?

Seems strange though, certainly standard spec for the UK!

Sorry I was making a reference to further suspension tweaks, with regard to next months sign off…..the seats on the passenger side look the same as the car at Geneva, and that of the brochure. The lack of back rest angle just does not suite me for daily driving.

Is that car really Rhodium Silver?

It looks much darker (and nicer) compared to one of the other posts on here with pictures comparing Rhodium Silver, Platinum Silver and GT Silver!

Not sure - looks better in silver though than I thought it would - maybe you should ditch the Agate ?

We need to start a petition for sidicks to spec something other than apologetic grey smile

The Car, Chris drove is a preproduction model; with I presume seating to tester’s preference. The actual finished car will not be signed of until early next month.

Most probably for the first run of the GT3...

Perhaps these 918 seats are advanced mimitec polyalloy buckets, which will become the "lightweight bucket" option on the GT3 / RS just as the Carrera GT seats did previously.

I'm now considering a paint-to-sample in 'actuarial grey', the dullest and most dreary grey you can imagine!

You could try PTS from the colour of your Farah slacks.

I see he left it in auto and it seemed to get most of the changes right except one. Near the end it stays in a too high gear and then changes down mid corner. That can't be right?

Around 1:20

I'm not sure beige will suit the lines of the GT3.

Would i be right for thinking that this was filmed quite a while ago but was embargoed hence it being an "engineers car" and mis quoted "optional wheel" comment?
