This week I stumbled across a very interesting product that can save hundreds of pounds. No dought some of the old sweats on PH already know of this but its a first for me and Id thought be interesting and helpful for those who don't know about it.
The item is a simple and effective solution for tatty/drooping sound insulation in the engine bay.

There's a cheaper way of doing this if only the edge is sagging.

Just e-mail Elvira, tell her what car you own ( type of 964 or 993 ) and ask for a price.
I did a group-buy at the beginning of this year and had a good price.

It's a perfect product, looks like a OEM Porsche Part.

Just received my edging trim and fitted it tonight, brilliant and simple way to tidy up the fatigued sound deadening. €65 including postage from Germany, worth every penny.
Thanks for the contact

Yes I'm on it, only had the car a month and hate to see it looking tatty and dirty. So I'm getting through the jobs meticulously, it looks different to last nights pictures already.

One mans "immaculate condition" is another mans " scruffy and unloved"

I'm using autoglym machine degreaser is wd40 better?

Even mine Porsche specialist use it to clean dirty engines, doesn't harm plastics/rubber.

Did mine last week. Fantastic service from Elivira and her partner. My 993 loves it. lick
