I drove that road once, sadly in a Range Rover, not a decent car, although on the day, it was so foggy and misty, the satnav was invaluable to help you decide which way the road went next. I keep seeing the vies of the road and wanting to return - it's spectacular.

I've just streetmap'ed it, looks spectacular.
Did a Welsh road-trip last summer, would love to do a Scottish one but I have a serious long drive just to get there (from down on the south coast)

Get the car transported up and fly into Glasgow. Seriously, the roads in Scotland are amazing.
