Is it me,or it’s actually wider than the rest of the 992 range?

Welcome R, the rest will be along shortly.. lol

Same goes for the RS too... as soon as it actually launches.... everyone will be after one.

992 is a huge car though.

I think I’d need a few bottles to like the 992 RS - it’s a very silly looking thing on the road smile

With the exception of the rear wing it looks very restrained and clearly there is a lot of detailed work in the aero package. So it’s a big yes for me
Not sure about the wing, size is ok it just isn’t aesthetically pleasing to my eyes. Probably be better when it’s in full production spec for painting, logos etc.
Perhaps the touring will be the one to have.

Agree, the wing doesnt look at the best at the moment, but i think it might look better in real life and painted in a nice bright colour!

Does nothing for me.

Granted, spy shots in an ‘un-GT’ colour, but I just haven’t warmed to the 992 as an evolution of the 911.

I’m sure it will be brilliant at what it is designed to do, but too big, too much tech, and increasingly irrelevant on today’s roads - well, certainly in the U.K.

As does nasal hair.
Get a grip, it's hideous, though not at Taycan levels obviously...that's impossible. You need an ST...I know just the one wink

Rest assured R, it's definitely the 1/2 bottle of wine Scotch, as Rob says, it's hideous.

I just don’t like the rear and especially rear light luster of the 992, proportions seem off to me
RS will be the one to have as those have not been pretty in a while, so it will be ok - and the rear wing will throw shade on the rear-end so you won’t be able to see much anyway smile

Robbo / Slippy : apologies , sobered up now - like the nose and the wheels - don’t like the bonnet or the arse end smile

There are only two things I don't like, the wheels look a bit 'aftermarket' (to me) and I love the 'fan' type on the 991 GT3 and of course the fact that I wouldn't be able to buy one new.

Would be nice to spec a GT3 how you would like and know that no-one has left bogies in it somewhere. (Unless Hermen did on the production line).

Will be minimal, you certainly won't have to widen the garage to put it in.

Good shot if the rear wing - looks different to me than the other non camo shots I’ve seen - interesting how it blends into the rear deck lid - may look ok in the metal after all ?

smile
